The Port Stanley Ice Breakers are an Adult Synchronized Skating Team which is sanctioned by the Port Stanley Figure Skating Club. Our team consists of skaters who have a variety of Competitive and Recreational skating backgrounds. The Ice Breakers are comprised of skaters 19- 50 years young. Our members commute from across Elgin County (St. Thomas, Port Stanley, West Lorne, Dutton, Aylmer), Tecumseh, Delhi, Langton and London. We are moms, wives, students, professionals and athletes who have a passion for skating.The team practices in St. Thomas, Ontario on Sunday evenings. Practices consist of both on and off ice training.

 

TEAM PHILOSOPHY 

At 211º water is hot. At 212º, it boils. And with boiling water, comes steam. And steam can power a locomotive. The one extra degree makes the difference.

Finish Strong...it’s more than a statement, it’s an attitude. When you combine the word “finish” with “strong,” you create a powerful platform for action.
